OZGUR TASTEPE (Tepesoft) is the owner and operator of tepesoft.com and Tepesoft product pages. These Terms & Conditions apply to tepesoft.com, Kondor File Manager, Tepesoft product pages, customer support flows, product purchases, and software service inquiries.
Using Tepesoft Services
OZGUR TASTEPE (Tepesoft) provides software products, product information, support channels, consulting, automation, and software development services. You agree to use the website and services lawfully, without disrupting systems, abusing forms, reverse engineering protected services, or submitting content you do not have the right to share.
Product Purchases
Paid Tepesoft products may be sold through Apple, Paddle, or another checkout provider shown at purchase time. The checkout provider may apply its own customer, billing, tax, payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms in addition to these terms. Current Kondor File Manager website pricing and included features are listed on the Kondor product pricing section.
Subscriptions and Renewals
Subscription products renew according to the billing interval and price shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform or payment provider used for the purchase, such as Apple App Store subscription settings or the customer portal provided by the website checkout provider.
Software and Availability
Tepesoft aims to keep products and services useful, stable, and secure, but software and online services are provided on an as-available basis. Features, pricing, product names, platform requirements, and availability may change over time.
Refunds
Website product purchases may be eligible for a refund under the Tepesoft Refund Policy. App Store purchases are handled through Apple's refund process. Custom service refunds are controlled by the written quote, invoice, statement of work, or agreement for that engagement.
Client Work
Paid consulting, automation, AI workflow, website, or software development work may require a separate written scope, quote, statement of work, invoice, or agreement. That project document controls the specific deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, and payment terms for the engagement.
Intellectual Property
Tepesoft retains ownership of Tepesoft products, website content, trademarks, code, templates, and internal tools unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You retain ownership of materials you provide, subject to the rights needed for Tepesoft to deliver support or services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tepesoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the website, software, support channels, or services.
